POPPING UP TO RAISE FUNDS FOR GIRLS WITH DIGNITY
Guests at the September Pop Up Ballito event were treated to a five course
meal of culinary masterpieces on Saturday night, with a percentage of the funds raised
going to the Girls With Dignity project, an initiative that was started by Sue Barnes and is
solidly backed by Hirsch’s. Guests loved the event, with gourmet dishes flowing through in quick succession. The event is the brain child of chef, Corinne Austin, who chooses a different charity to showcase every
month. “This is one of the best evenings out in the North Coast Calendar! Brilliant, inventive, and a great
Fund raiser!” commented Michelle Blake, one of the 60 guests at the event that took place at a beautiful
Home in Sheffield Beach this month.
Music for the evening was organised by Indeedashow.
