CUPCAKE HEAVEN!

I’ve never been a fan of the cup cake, but I’m a huge fan of chocolate, and biting into one Roxy Wardman’s decadently delicious triple chocolate cupcakes really turned me into a temporary cup cake fan – it was Instant love at first bite! Roxy is the reigning South African Masterchef and we had popped in to visit her with regards to her takeover of the Hirsch’s Instagram page – which she will be doing shortly, so keep your eyes peeled for some amazing culinary delights – and an insight into why she won the competition!
Since winning the comp, she has started up a funky, friendly little tea shop called SPOON FUL in Glenwood, Durban. It’s the haven for arguably the softest, dreamiest cupcakes on planet earth – and the coffee is pretty amazing too!
