Since the start of the pandemic, business coach and award winning ActionCOACH (she won the Global ActionMAN award for Africa this year) Marlene Powell has been a pillar of strength to her clients and to entrepreneurs and SMME owners around the country. Recently she held a free workshop for established business owners to help get them on track for 2021. Said Marlene “I want to ensure that 2021 is a successful year for business owners through the aftershock that COVID has had on the economy. If a successful and strategic Blueprint is put in place before the start of each new year, business owners could look at it as painting the year ahead by numbers in a business sense. By putting together a solid quarterly strategic plan, it can be established which team members in the business are the ones to leverage through to take 2021 by the horns.”
