BLYTHEDALE DEVELOPMENT BACK ON TRACK AND READY TO LAUNCH!

It’s happening!  At last, the Blythedale Coastal Development is bang on track to relaunch  – on October 28, to be exact.

At a media junket that was organised by the Elan Group,  journalists were taken on a tour of the picturesque estate, situated half an hour from the King Shaka International Airport and nestling on one of the most beautiful parts of the North Coast between the hot spots of Ballito and Zinkwazi.

The 1000 ha under development will encompass five themed estates:   the Blythedale Ocean Estate – with sectional title cluster homes and spacious apartments;  Blythedale Forest – where we picnicked in the most beautiful, untouched indigenous forest, alive with bird and small mammal life;  the Blythdale Golf Estate – with its Peter McEvoy 18 hole golf course, restaurants and club house;  Blythedale Equestrian – horse trails amongst the 30 4.500 square meter freehold sites;  Blythdale Hills – a mixed use area that will be used for commercial and retail development and a school.

The estate is bound to attract interest from investors in Gauteng, overseas – and in the North Coast neighbourhood.
