Local celebrity chefs were a popular drawcard to the recently held Good Food and Wine Show that was held in Durban at the end of October, with Food Blogger, Author and Food Safari Host, Sarah Graham, being one of the most popular chefs to showcase their incredible culinary talents at the show.
Margaret Hirsch and her PR and Social Media team – Glenda Thompson and Johan Schroeder met up with Sarah, before she cooked up a deliciously delectable variety of dishes in the Chefs Open Theatre, so that they could give her a personal copy of the popular Hirsch Magazine. The magazine has a feature on Sarah and her food adventures and some of her family favourite dishes – all cooked in her trusty Defy Gas oven.
Sarah is in the process of writing her fourth cook book and is also busy planning another season of Food Safari which is being filmed in East Africa towards the end of the year.
