GRANT INSPIRES LOCAL BUSINESS WOMEN TO FIND THEIR SUPER HEROINES!

Glenda Thompson’s Get U Noticed recently attended the monthly Umhlanga Women Achievers networking evening to hear Client, Grant Gavin – Local property entrepreneur, public speaker, and founder of the Durban Entrepreneurs Club address the gathering. Grant had the honour of being the only man on the scene at the meeting that was held on International Women’s Day at Gateway Hotel.

Grant gave an inspiring address, encouraging women to find their inner Super Hero’s. “Don’t let anything hold you back by creating fake boundaries. We always feel happy when we’re safe. If you step out of your comfort zone you’ll find out a lot more about the person you really are.” He said that he had learnt that adding value to anything in life was crucial before getting anything back.

“The act of giving is a transaction, and you’ll attract customers once you give value. Finally – you have the power of choice to invest. Start by investing in yourself before investing in anything else. Find your inner super Heroine and yo will never look back!”

Talk Sign (launched by the Blind and Deaf Society in 2014) was the Charity supported for the evening, and gifts were sponsored by BronwynM Handmade. My Guys, a financial organisation that assists SME’s, were the financial sponsors for the event.
