TURNING CUSTOMERS INTO RAVING FANS – TALK AT D.E.C.
The July meeting of the Durban Entrepreneurs Club (D.E.C) saw over 160 KZN Entrepreneurs listening attentively to speaker, Action Coach, Darryn Le Grange as he gave them tips on how to turn their customers into Raving Fans. A top tip? Treating customers as valued guests, and making marketing a top priority to get measurable results.
The Club that was founded by Property Entrepreneur, Grant Gavin as a networking and ideas sharing forum for entrepreneurs throughout KZN, has brought in top quality speakers to the monthly meetings that are held at the Durban Country Club.
Darryn, who won the Rookie Global Action Coach of the Year two years ago, said that some of the pointers to being a successful business person were to mix with positive people – and throw out self limiting beliefs. He also explained how important it was to continuously grow one’s knowledge and commit to a life long process of learning. “Never stop learning, never stop reading and never stop questioning.” Concluded Darryn.
