Marlene has been described the “calm in the storm” by her clients, and earlier this year she was awarded the ActionCOACH Global award for their ActionMAN (woman) of the year (Africa) award. She has been holding a variety of free online workshops and seminars over the last eight months helping businesses to come to terms with the present state of affairs on the business front and helping to lead them into a profitable future.
The weekly Hirsch’s Entrepreneurs Workshops that have been hosted by Margaret Hirsch and Marlene, and Marlene’s own BIZCafe (B2B) Business Networking events for small businesses around the country have been well attended and have garnered favourable comment from the Entrepreneurial community as a whole.
At her Lifestyle Business Online Workshop for well- established businesses, Marlene who is very results orientated when it comes to her clients and who has had many successes despite Lockdown said that if business owners put strong systems in place they would be able to enjoy quality of life. “Business mastery is key when it comes to running your own business and it helps you to move from a situation of chaos to one of control. If you have a good system in place it will help to save your time, your energy and your cash flow.” She pointed out. “Put the basic fundamentals in place and you can put the running of your business on auto pilot.” She concluded.
