ENTREPRENEURS WORKSHOPS – HELPING TO CHANGE LIVES.

With over 250 Entrepreneurs Workshops (a GetUNoticed initiative)  held virtually  on a weekly basis over the last three years. every Friday between 11 and 12.00,  award winning business women, Margaret Hirsch (Executive Director of the Hirsch’s Group) and Business Coach, Marlene Powell (in the top 100 with ActionCOACH globally) have helped countless SMME’s to find their way out of the darkness during these challenging times. They have been joined by a variety of speakers over the weeks, finding people who will shed some light on how to improve their business skills, and general knowledge of what is happening on the business front.

Speakers have included Digital Marketing Strategist, Ndumiso Sikhakhane  who had several years experience in brand management in the Corporate World,  and who launched his business Infinity Growth Digital Marketing in 2017 and registered his company at the height of the Pandemic in 2020. Today the business has gone from strength to strength and with coaching from Marlene Powell, through a programme run by SAHomeLoans, Ndumiso has increased his turnover considerably.

Zooming in from New Zealand recently was ex South African, and an award winning business woman, Kerry Dell who has taken the health market by storm in New Zealand.  Kerry is a Master Coach on the WILDFIT health program, where she has coached over 5000 people in the last 3 years internationally.  Kerry explained that her unshakeable faith in herself, her ability, and the work that she does, got her where she is today. She also encouraged the audience to start the day off on the right health note by fueling their bodies with an alkaline starter (plenty of green veges for instance) that will ultimately fuel the brain. “a disciplined personal life will also have a reflection on your business.  Try and go with your first instinct – it is bound to be the right one!”  She said.

This Friday, May 27 (between 11 and 12)  Margaret and Marlene will be joined by the co-founder of King Price Insurance, Rhett Finch. Nobody in the insurance industry gave them a chance when the company was founded in 2012.. However 8 years later, King Price  grew into a 1,000-person, R5.2 billion company, with 30% year-on-year growth for the 2020 financial year. Rhett will be talking about his journey with the company, and how being  entirely data driven can help a company stand out in a saturated local market.
