Hawa Charfarary, the CEO at Training Excellence has been selected as one of the three finalists in the Hall Of Fame category in this year’s Future of HR Awards. The ceremony will take place on July 19. These are the 4th annual awards – hosted in partnership with Careers24 who saw an Inbox flooded with strong entries from both organisations & individuals. This made the judging process for the industry-respected Advisory Panel a serious challenge; how to designate a Finalist shortlist when presented with so many experts in the art of managing and leading human capital?
Commenting on the achievement of reaching Finalist status, HAWA said: “I remain humble yet grateful for the acknowledgment which is testimony that my life’s dream is impacting and adding value to others. I know that this award is yet another stepping stone towards my vision of enhancing the Executive Presence (EP) of Leaders, especially women, and enabling them to achieve the extraordinary in their personal and work environment which leaves me with a daily comfort and appreciation for my role as shaper, coach, trainer and mentor. In a way it has become my dedication to a life-long purpose of serving.
On 19 July, the awards and preceding two-day Summit (rated in the top 17 of such events globally), will once again draw together a host of CEOs, CTOs, HR directors and media pundits from both South Africa and abroad, to celebrate and explore the hyperresponsive, agile workplace of the Future.
